How do I build a drawer with sliders on the bottom?
I want to put a drawer inside on the bottom of a bathroom vanity. The sliders will need to be on the bottom, not the sides of the drawer. Any ideas on how to do this? (At a local home improvement store I was told that they'd have to be on the sides...I didn't buy it.) Thanks....
No, they don't have to be on the side. You just have to buy slides that attach to the bottom rather than the side. I build slide out trays for my printers and attached them on the bottom in a cabinet I already had. I purchased mine from quickdrawer.com.
I just looked up the slides I purchased. They are the Accuride 3640. Very easy to install.
